1. Introduction 1.1 The Retention of title on all goods resides with High End Cable until the goods are paid for in full. 1.2 Ownership of goods will belong to the original purchaser only, and any communications will only be through High End Cable and the original purchaser. 1.3 The manufacturer’s guarantee / warranty belong to the original purchaser of the goods, and is not transferable. 1.4 High End Cable do not supply goods on a trial basis without prior arrangement. 1.5 The following terms and conditions (t’s & c’s) apply to all transactions received by High End Cable be it via our Website, email, telephone, fax and / or the mail. The placement of an order through any of these methods indicates your acceptance of our t’s & c’s. High End Cable Terms & Conditions do not affect your statuary rights. 1.6 We may undertake to revise our t’s & c’s from time to time by updating this posting. You should check our website periodically to review our current t’s & c’s. We wish to make clear that our t’s & c’s are binding. Certain provisions of these t’s & c’s may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices and / or terms located on particular pages of the High End Cable website. If, however, you do not wish to recognise any new t’s & c’s after we have given notice, you should refrain from using / visiting the High End Cable website.

Description of Goods 5.2 Special Order Items will not be accepted for refund unless faulty, as the item will be ordered especially for you and subsequently cannot be resold. Orders cancelled prior to delivery, but with proof given that the goods have been received by High End Cable or their agent will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of manufacturers/agents list price. Special order items are defined as those items not normally found on the website pages, or provided at lengths, weights and configurations not normally listed. They may also be listed or stated at the time of order as "Special order item(s)". 6.
Ordering from High End Cable 6.2 The acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch or advise you of our ability to dispatch in writing. When we dispatch your order the purchase contract will be made and your card charged accordingly. Except, if we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. 6.3 We may

Product & Pricing Information 7.2 Our prices include VAT. Orders outside UK and EEC will still be charged as website displayed prices if free shipping is to be expected. 7.3 All prices quoted on our website are shown including delivery, unless stated otherwise. 7.4 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on our website. 7.5 We recommend that customers keep all boxes and packaging in the event of having to return the goods for any reason.
9.2 Your order will only be processed once an authorisation code has been received. Cheques and postal orders take a minimum of 10 days from receipt until payment has cleared then goods can be released for dispatch. 10.
Delivery 10.3 European Deliveries, while we treat all orders with the same high level of consideration, we will endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. However, we cannot, and will not be held responsible for European (non-UK) postage / delivery times. European orders may take up to seven working days to reach their destination. 10.4 We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and sometimes delays are outside our control. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods, if they are delivered within a reasonable period of time. 10.5 Regarding failed deliveries of goods which have been returned to us owing to a breach of contract by the consumer. Customers will receive an email from us, informing them that they have 7 days to contact us to rearrange delivery. Failing this, the goods will be returned to stock and a refund will be processed less a £20.00 administration charge. 11.
Shipping 11.2 Packages over 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Insured Parcel Service, delivery may take up to 5 working days. All goods must be signed for. Should there be no-one to sign for the goods, the post / courier will leave a card, and you can re-arrange a delivery time to suit. 11.3 UK Customers, If you have not received your goods 5 working days after receiving an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your goods, please notify us via our ‘Contact Us’ page, providing your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered. 11.4 European deliveries will be shipped via the fastest and most cost effective means available to us at any given time. 11.5 Special Orders, such as bespoke lengths of Interconnect / Loudspeaker cables, and certain goods not regarded as normal stock items, may possibly take longer to dispatch, as we would be waiting for our suppliers / manufacturers, to dispatch these special orders on to us. 12.
Acceptance & Risk 12.2 When your goods are delivered, check the condition of the boxes and please sign for them as ‘Unchecked’. 12.3 You must ensure that you only sign for the correct number of boxes, only sign for the number actually delivered. 12.4 Any shortages should be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery as this may prejudice your claim if later, items are found to be missing. 12.5 Always check the driver's delivery paperwork before signing with your signature. If goods are signed for, but the damage was not apparent at time of delivery, you must notify us via email before 1pm on the next working day after delivery. Should you fail to do so, we cannot accept any liability for the damage; delay may well prejudice your claim later. 12.6 If boxes are damaged upon delivery you should write ‘Damaged’ on the delivery consignment note. 12.7 In all cases, please notify us. 12.8 From the time of a signed delivery of goods, any loss or damage to the goods not reported to us before 1pm on the next working day after delivery, shall be at your own risk. 12.9 Once we have been notified of damage or loss, we will collect or replace the damaged / missing item(s) as soon as possible after notification. 13. Shortages, Incorrect or Damaged Goods / Deliveries 13.1 Please read clause 12 above.
15.3 Any repairs done to any product, other than by ourselves or authorised agents our guarantee becomes invalid. If you modify, tamper with or otherwise alter a product, your guarantee will become void. 15.4 The guarantee will not apply to any damage or faults caused by user error or neglect. 15.5 The guarantee will not apply if the serial number on the product has been altered. 15.6 Consumable products carry a minimum of 3 months guarantee i.e. batteries, etc. This guarantee specifically excludes faults by accident, neglect and misuse. 16.
Cancellation and Returns Policy 16.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange less original shipping costs. The costs of returning any goods to us will be at your own expense. 16.3 Please notify us by email, of your intentions and we will supply a Returns number. Please write the Returns number clearly of a piece of paper and place inside the package / box. 16.4 Do not write the Returns number on the goods, nor its package / box. 16.5 Upon receipt of the goods in good condition, see clause 16.8 & 16.9, we will give you a refund of the amount paid less 10%, see clause 16.6 or an exchange / credit note as required within 30 days. The rights
to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 16.2 will not apply
in the following circumstances. 16.6 As we only offer free delivery on purchases, and hence, by returning the goods to us, you are no longer making a purchase, we will deduct 10% of the total cost, to cover re-stocking, handling and postage, otherwise we would be trading at a loss. 16.7 You must return the goods to us within 7 working days of contacting us about your return. 16.8 You must ensure goods are fully insured (to the replacement value of the goods) in transit. You are liable for the delivery of the goods back to us within 7 working days, this must include loss and / or damage. 16.9 Notes
on Returning Goods. 16.10 The facility to cancel an order is not intended to be used as a way to try multiple products. If a customer purchases and returns products regularly, we will not process any further orders from that customer. See clause 1.4. 17.

High End Cable cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of the information from these third parties. 3 The material on our website is provided “as is” without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide you with our website on the basis that we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, the conditions implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and the use of reasonable care and skill) which but for these t’s & c’s might have effect in relation to our website.
